Drop off yourself or let us come to you

Self drop-off

Pull up curbside at our downtown Burbank facility. Drop-off window is 7:30–8:30am. Pick-up window is 4–6pm. Easy, fast, and free of traffic headaches if you're heading to work nearby.

 

Van pick-up

We come to you. Our van picks up your dog from home and returns them at the end of the day. We serve Los Feliz, Hollywood, Larchmont, Silver Lake, Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Atwater Village, Frogtown, NELA, Glendale, Pasadena, Altadena, and surrounding neighborhoods — no extra stress on your morning.

What are the drop-off and pick-up hours at the Burbank facility?

Drop-off is between 7:30am and 8:30am. Pick-up is between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. The facility is open 7 days a week. We ask that all dogs arrive during the drop-off window so the day starts smoothly for the whole group.

Where is the Burbank daycare facility located?

We're located in downtown Burbank and will provide the address once you're ready to get started. There's plenty of street parking right out front, so drop-off is quick. Most people are in and out in under two minutes.

How does van pick-up & drop off work?

If you'd rather not make the drive, our van comes to you. We pick your dog up from home in the morning and drop them back at your door at the end of the day. We serve Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Atwater Village, Frogtown, Glassell Park, Echo Park, Glendale, Pasadena, Altadena, and surrounding neighborhoods. Van pick-up is included with daycare and boarding.

Does my dog need to be approved before their first day?

Yes. We're selective about the dogs we welcome into the facility — not because we're picky, but because the right group dynamic makes daycare safe and fun for everyone. New clients start with a brief assessment so we can meet your dog and make sure it's a great fit. You can request an assessment through our contact form.

What vaccines does my dog need?

All dogs must be current on rabies, Bordetella, DHPP, and Leptospirosis vaccines. We'll ask for proof before or on your first day. If you're not sure what your dog has, your vet can provide a quick vaccine record.

What's a typical day like for my dog at the Yo! Zone?

Your dog spends the day our two massive outdoor play yards. We have 15,000 square feet total, with shade, supervised play, and groups balanced by size and energy level. There's indoor climate-controlled space for rest. Throughout the day you'll get photo and video pupdates so you can see exactly what they're up to. At pick-up they'll be tired in the best possible way.

Is the facility staffed all day?

Yes. A team member is present at all times. Dogs are supervised during play, during rest, and overnight if they're boarding.

What's the difference between daycare and boarding?

Daycare is a full day at the facility — your dog comes in the morning and goes home with you in the evening. Boarding is overnight, for when you're traveling or away. Dogs who board with us need to be familiar with our facility first, so daycare is typically the starting point. Boarding is available 7 days a week.
